Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a 100% refund of reservation if cancel with 7 days or more notice before your tour.
Customers will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation with 6 to 2 days notice.
We will get charged 100% of the total reservation, with no refund with one day notice or less than 24hs before the start of the tour.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
