Cancellation Policy
Agreement of Cancellation Policies:
By opening up your email you accept that you have read all cancellation policy terms and agree with our cancellation policies. If you do not agree with our terms, please call us back within 24 hours of making the reservation to cancel.
48 HOUR NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION ARE REQUIRED
HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION:
Please contact us a min of 48 hours prior to your reservation by phone at 808-352-9775 or by email at reservations@sbshawaiitours.com.
A $50 rescheduling fee plus taxes will be assessed if rescheduling within 48 hours of your reservation time.
CANCELATION POLICY:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation.
NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Customers who do not show up or arrive late and miss the tour time are considered "No Shows". ALL NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE PER PERSON.
UNSAFE WEATHER/OCEAN CONDITIONS:
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time due to unforeseen or unsafe weather or ocean conditions. Customers will receive a refund for any cancellations due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions.
