By opening up your email you accept that you have read all cancellation policy terms and agree with our cancellation policies. If you do not agree with our terms, please call us back within 24 hours of making the reservation to cancel.
Reservation Policies:

48-Hour Notice: Any changes to your reservation must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling Fee: If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation time, a $75 fee applies.

Cancellation Fee: Cancelling within 48 hours of your reservation will incur the full value of the tour charged to the card on file.

No Show/Late Fee: Arriving late and missing the safety briefing results in the full value of the tour charged to the card on file.
