Working with different land management and owners to acquire permits can be challenging. Lean on each other, other outfitters to get information and have the patience to know that it’s not an easy process.
Hiring great staff is a challenge and one way Corey and the team try to solve this is to make sure that they are investing in training themselves to retrain the staff and paying the guides well.

Corey is using FareHarbor.com and had good things to say about the software and the service that they provide but recommends trying one that works for you and don’t be afraid to switch if needed.
Having an online booking system means he can run his business leaner and can save staffing for an additional person!
