Wingfoil Lessons in Texas City, Texas
Wing foiling is one of the fastest-growing watersports in the world - and the Texas City Levee is one of the best places in the country to learn it. Houston Kiteboarding offers 2-hour wingfoil sessions taught by experienced instructors with full jetski support, giving you real-time coaching from the water and the fastest possible path to getting airborne on the foil.
Sessions are structured as a two-day progression. Day 1 focuses entirely on mastering the hydrofoil - getting comfortable with foil balance and control. Day 2 brings in the wing, combining both elements for the full wingfoiling experience. Most students without prior foiling experience will need at least 2 sessions; those with efoil or surffoil experience will progress faster.
All equipment is included - wing, board, foil, harness, helmet, and life jacket. Houston Kiteboarding uses top-of-the-line current-year gear from the best brands in the sport. After completing at least one course, wingfoil gear rentals become available for independent sessions.

2 hours per session. Most students book 2 sessions to complete the full progression.

How many sessions will I need?
Most students need at least 2 sessions to master the basics and gain confidence on the water, unless they already have foiling experience. Day 1 focuses on mastering the hydrofoil; Day 2 combines the wing and hydrofoil together.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior wingfoiling experience is required. If you have foiling experience on an efoil or surffoil, you will progress faster. Houston Kiteboarding recommends doing an eFoil Experience session first as the easiest way to get comfortable on the foil before your wingfoil lesson.
Can I rent wingfoil gear after my lesson?
Yes. Wing foil rentals are available only to clients who have taken at least one wingfoil course with Houston Kiteboarding.
