Water Bending Thai Chi & Snorkel Cave Dive

Mermaid Bri will teach a 30 minute Thai Chi course, incorporating breath-work and meditation, right on the shore of the La Jolla Cove.

Meeting at 7AM will allow us to enjoy peace at the Cove! 

Thai Chi incorporates deep breathing - a perfect way to expand lung capacity prior to a dive! We'll enjoy flowing with the crashing waves while also working out our core throughout the exercises. 

After completing, we'll finish up with some breath-work and then suit up for the snorkel dive!

We'll provide wetsuits, mask & snorkel, and fins; then lead our group out to the La Jolla Cove in the early morning - before the crowd arrives! We'll enjoy an intimate swim with the wildlife as they are abundant at this time, then enjoy a beautiful, and empty, Emerald Cave!

Dive at Dusk: Snorkel Tour La Jolla

We'll hit the water right around 5:30, which gives us ample time to enjoy La Jolla's Underwater Park! We'll make our way towards Emerald Cave, and we'll be able to explore the caves and the reefs to a beautiful California Sunset!

Meeting Location: Directly in front of La Jolla Cove Hotel & Suites (1155 Coast Blvd, La Jolla)

Snorkel Tour La Jolla Cove

La Jolla is one of California's most beautiful areas, one in the world's top 10 dive spots!

There is an abundance of aquatic life AND we get to swim into a breath-taking water cave. The Cove is full of playful seals and sea lions, lobsters, rays, small (harmless) horn sharks, and much more!

We're stoked to share the gem of California with you, as this is one of the only 2 caves in California that you can swim into!

Total Tour Time is about 1.5 hours - and we'll be in the water for most of it!

Age Minimum: 13 (and must be a good swimmer!)
