Description

Wahweap Teacups Kayak & Hike

This is Lake Powell off the beaten path. The Wahweap Teacups tour offers a unique blend of kayaking and hiking that takes you to one of the area's best-kept secrets. Launch from Wahweap Bay and paddle across calm, glassy waters toward hidden sandstone formations that few visitors ever experience.

What Makes This Experience Special

As Wahweap Bay opens behind you, the landscape transforms into something quieter, wilder, and filled with desert magic. After landing the kayaks, you'll hike into sandstone backcountry, exploring sculpted rock formations, natural potholes, and surreal landscapes that feel almost otherworldly. Light scrambling over sandstone ledges adds just enough adventure without being extreme.

Exploration and Discovery

Your knowledgeable guide shares stories of the land's geology and natural history while allowing plenty of time for photography, personal exploration, and quiet reflection. From tucked-away viewpoints to sun-warmed stone, the Teacups invite curiosity and awe at every turn.
