To provide timely, personalized service for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review our reservation policies below:
- Reservation changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.
- Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable.
- Requests received after the cancellation deadline are not eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled service (No-Show) will be charged the full reservation amount.
- We are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful experience for everyone. We kindly ask that all interactions with our hosts and team members remain respectful.
