Sedona Bike Rental Period & Pick-Up:
- Daily: 9 am - 6 pm
- Early pick-up is possible at 5 pm the night before (if available)
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 24 hours notice: a 10% cancellation fee is charged
- Must be canceled by 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled rental
Detailed Cancellation Policy is as follows:
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to cancel@thundermountainbikes.com
More than 24 hours notice:
- All reservations canceled with more than 24 hours notice will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Reservation must be canceled by 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled rental.
Less than 24 hours notice:
- Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refunds whatsoever.
- 24 hours are defined as 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled rental.
Changes:
- All changes that result in a refund will incur a 10% change fee on the refunded amount.
- There is no charge for changes that do not require a refund.
No refunds will be given if:
- Renter returns early
- The renter picks up late
Exclusions:
- Extreme weather conditions as listed below:
- Large amounts of rainfall that make riding dangerous and could cause trail damage
- Accumulating snow
- Injury
It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure that rental dates are correct. You will receive your confirmation via email and text message, including a reminder email. TMB is not responsible for incorrect dates. There will be no refunds given for missed reservations.

How much time should I allocate to pick up my rental bike from Thunder Mountain Bikes?
We recommend setting aside about 30 minutes. This allows enough time for bike fitting, trail recommendations, and route planning for your Sedona adventure.
Are helmets included with the bike rentals at Thunder Mountain Bikes?
Yes, every rental from Thunder Mountain Bikes comes with a helmet, such as the Bontrager Solstice or similar models. While not mandatory, helmet usage is strongly advised.
