Rent paddleboard right on the bank of the Three Creek Lake in Oregon! This lake, located at 6,550 ft of elevation is an alpine gem and the perfect spot for a relaxing day on the water. Resting at the base of the Tam McArthur Rim Trail, renting a paddleboard is an ideal way to cool off and unwind after a hike.

As you leisurely paddle around, you’ll be treated to views of the Cascade mountain tops and old-growth forests surrounding the banks. All ages are welcome to join in on the fun. Whether you’re an experienced paddleboarder or a beginner, the calm waters and lack of motorboats make it accessible to everyone!

Pick up right at the small general store on the banks of the lake.
Driving Directions: From Highway 20 head south on Elm for 18 miles. Elm turns into Forest Service Road 16 / Three Creek Lake Rd.

Ages & Requirements

All ages are welcome
Adults are responsible for watching and caring for minors on the boat
Can hold up to around 250-300 lbs (113 kg)

If you plan to hike the Tam McArthur Rim trail, you will need to register with the Cascade Wilderness Permit system.

Do I need a permit to fish?

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife stocks the lake annually and to fish in the lake requires an Oregon Anglers permit available online.

Do I need prior paddleboarding experience?

No experience is required! Our calm lake makes paddleboarding accessible for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced paddlers.

Is there anywhere nearby to get snacks or essentials that I forgot?

Yes! We have a General Store on site. Stock up on essentials like cold beer, water, soda, snacks, firewood, ice, ice cream, and camping supplies. Explore our collection of vintage sports gear too! We have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
