About
This is a 4-hour trip and is approximately 4.5 miles roundtrip. Stops and sights include:
- Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery: we’ll paddle by this hatchery where rainbow trout are stocked weekly
- Historical Trailhead: this is a quick 5-10 minute hike leading to the 1920’s homesite of the gauger and offers great views for a photo-op
- Emerald Cave: this gorgeous cave formed by natural faulting lights up emerald green. We’ll paddle through for a quick photo
- Emerald Cove: we’ll stop on the beach here for lunch before paddling back to Willow Beach Marina
