Cancellation Policy
ALL SWIM PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Swim lessons must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time to be eligible for a refund of the lesson to your package.

Customers will receive a refund of their scheduled lesson in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

All no-shows or late cancellations received within the 24 hour cancellation period will be non-refundable, this includes all swim lessons.
