We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us at 808-652-7555 during regular business hours (8am-6pm) to cancel or reschedule your booking. Because we have reserved a lesson for you with a specialized instructor to match your specific ability level, changes and cancellations not made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of your lesson are non-refundable."No-shows" day of surf reservation will not be tolerated and will be a full charge.
·If a reservation is already within the 48-hour cancellation window, any changes or rescheduling will still be subject to the cancellation policy. Guests who request a day of reschedule will be subject to a $70 change fee.
·This applies even if the day change would normally put the reservation outside of the 48-hour window.

Once you arrive at our Surf van and check in there will be No refunds or No rescheduling unless our instructors shut down the lesson. If there are waves the lesson will go on as scheduled.

Same day reservations are not eligible for rescheduling or for a full refund.
