The waters of Elliott Bay and Alki Beach are some of the most scenic paddling in the Pacific Northwest — and a SUP rental from Alki Kayak Tours is your easiest way on them. Rent by the hour, full day, or for multiple days and explore the waterfront at your own pace, with the Seattle skyline, the Olympic Mountains, and the wildlife of Puget Sound surrounding you.
All boards come with a paddle and life jacket. Reservations are required. Recommended for those who have completed an intro SUP class or have prior paddleboard experience.

Yes. All SUP rentals require a reservation.
Do I need experience to rent a paddleboard?
Prior SUP experience or completion of the Intro to Stand Up Paddleboarding class is recommended before renting independently.
Where can I paddle on my rental?
Alki Beach, Elliott Bay, and the calm waters near Duwamish Head are all great options. Always stay within your ability level and paddle with awareness of vessel traffic.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance incur a $10 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours receive no refund.
