Rentals launch from a private dock on a calm section of the lake, so you can avoid busy boat ramps and get right to enjoying your time outside.

- All ages
- Anyone age 12 and under (by Law) MUST wear a life vest (PFD) at all times. We encourage everyone to wear their life vest at all times, however, it must always be on your board or kayak if you are over the age of 13.
- Children under age 16 must be accompanied on the water by a parent or guardian. Children under 8 may be more comfortable on a board with a parent.
- The maximum weight capacity for our rentals is 300 lbs (136 kg).
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to rental time. Parking can be challenging, and rental time begins promptly at the scheduled booking, so we recommend setting ample time for arrival.

FAQs
Do I have to make a reservation?
Yes! To ensure availability, advance reservations are highly recommended. This will guarantee you a paddleboard or kayak and give you a smooth rental experience.
Is there a designated parking space around the area?
Parking is in the gravel lot at Awedaddy’s Restaurant, or you can park near the front entrance of the marina. Golf cart shuttles are available on the weekends. To avoid having your vehicle towed, do not park in the boat owner parking area.
Do I need to know how to paddle before renting?
Not necessarily! This rental is available for all ages, either for beginners or seasoned paddlers.
Are there changing rooms that are free to use?
Yes! Showers and changing rooms are available at the Marina office entrance at the blue building.
Do you offer lessons with rentals?
No formal lessons are included with rentals, but our staff is happy to give you detailed instructions and basic tips to help you get started.
Is there somewhere to keep my stuff while I'm on the water?
Yes, you may leave your belongings for safe keeping in the office. We require one person to have a cell phone in a dry bag if you are renting from us. A phone is not required for classes.
Can I bring alcohol?
For safety and liability reasons NO alcoholic beverages nor those who are visibly intoxicated are permitted on our boards or kayaks. If you are spotted with alcohol or appear intoxicated, your reservation will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be given.
Please respect our policies for your safety and ours.
Any non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are welcome during your paddle.
Cancellation Policy
Rental Cancellation – Cancellations made with 24 hours notice will receive a credit to be used this current season. Missed reservations without the appropriate notice will be charged with no credit. Absolutely No refunds.
Weather Cancellations – If storms or high winds results in a rental cancellation you will receive a credit on your account to rent at a later date during this current season. Weather Cancellations are decided by TN SUP and Adventures not the client.
