Door-to-Door Electric Bike Rental in Durango

We offer a Durango e-bike rental with delivery for everyone—singles, couples, families (kids 12+), groups, etc.  Our e-bike rentals are perfect for couples & families e-biking the Animas River Trail and through the town of Durango.
Make your day really special and add a gourmet lunch (reserve at check out).  Roll ebikes are for riding on paved roads and paths and NOT for gravel/dirt trails, paths, or roads. 

All participants must be 12 years or older.

Safety Requirements

  1. Helmets are required to be worn the entire time a Roll guest is eBike riding.
  2. eBikes are allowed on paved roads and paths; they are NOT allowed on gravel or dirt roads or paths.
  3. While riding a Roll ebike participants must follow all traffic law.
  4. The speed limit on the Animas River Trail is 10 miles per hour.

How fast do Roll ebikes go?
Roll offers Rad Power and Pedego brand ebikes. Both go up to 20 miles per hour.
Can kids ride Roll ebikes?
Yes, kids age 6 and up can ride the Cruisers or Tandems with a parent or adult friend.
What does Pedal Assist mean?
Pedal assist is a mode that provides power only when you are pedaling. The pedal assist mode is also nice because you can focus purely on your pedaling and you don't have to hold the throttle in a certain position.
Which Roll ebikes are Pedal Assist?
All of Roll's ebikes have both pedal assist and throttle except for our eTandem's, which are throttle only.
What does Throttle Mode mean?
When the throttle is engaged the motor provides power and propels you and the bike forward. A throttle allows you to pedal or just kick back and enjoy a “free” ride!  Our throttles can be fine tuned like a volume dial between low and full power up to 20 miles per hour maximum.
Are ebikes allowed on the road?
An ebike is just like any other bike and are allowed on roads in bike lanes and on the Animas River Trail. Please follow traffic laws, be safe, and have fun!
How is your ebike fleet maintained?
Roll contracts with Animas Cycles, a mobile bike mechanic company, to ensure your ebike is in top shape.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

If your plans change prior to 48 hours, no problem! Your reservation can be rescheduled, subject to availability, or we can issue you a refund.

Reservations made within 48 hours of a scheduled event are final and cannot be changed. In addition, no-shows and non-cancelled rentals will be charged for the reservation in full.

If your reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before your reservation, the cancellation fee is $15 for half day (4 hours), $25 for full day, and 10% of the total fees for multi-day reservations.

If your reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before your reservation, the cancellation fee half the price of the reservation.

Please note that all cancellations must be received and confirmed by Roll.
