Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances such as medical or an emergency with presenting required documents. Contact us via phone or email to inquire about a cancellation/rescheduled reservation. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled reservation.
