Description

Private Glacier National Park Snowshoeing Tour

Experience the quiet magic of Glacier National Park in winter on a private snowshoe tour. Wander through snow-blanketed old-growth forests, past frozen waterfalls, and along secluded trails framed by towering peaks. Popular snowshoe areas include Fish Creek and Rocky Point, McDonald Creek near Going-to-the-Sun Road, Snyder Basin, Mount Brown Lookout, Walton Ole Creek, and Autumn Creek near Marias Pass. Your guide can customize the tour based on your preferred scenery, wildlife sightings, or level of adventure, making each outing unique.

Keep an eye out for winter wildlife, including moose, deer, and the occasional fox. Each route offers something different: rocky overlooks at Mount Brown Lookout, peaceful creekside walks along Walton Ole Creek, or expansive valley views at Snyder Basin. Photographers will delight in the mix of frozen waterfalls, snow-covered forests, and panoramic mountain vistas.
This private tour is suitable for all ages and abilities. Your guide will set a pace that suits you, whether you want a gentle scenic walk or a more active trek for those picture-perfect viewpoints. Bring your curiosity, sense of adventure, and a camera—you’ll want to capture every moment of this pristine wilderness.
