About
- We are excited to get you out on the water to experience SUP like you never have before! This 1.5 hour class includes basic paddleboarding instruction and a full on-water yoga class with instructor Liz Ashley.
What to Bring
- flip flops or water shoes (required), water bottle, sunblock, swim suit or yoga style cloths that can get wet.

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund. We ask that you call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For cancelations within 24 hours, you will receive a store credit in the form of a RAIN CHECK to reschedule at a later time and date.
