SUP Yoga in Gulf Shores – Little Lagoon

Find your flow where the water meets the sky. Paddle board yoga in Pensacola, Florida combines the calm of nature with the energy of yoga, creating a practice that’s both grounding and adventurous.
Your session begins with a short paddle to find your balance and connect with the water. Once anchored, the board transforms into your floating yoga mat. Certified instructors will guide you through beginner-friendly poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, all while surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the lagoon. After about an hour of yoga, you’ll have 15–30 minutes to paddle, play, and soak in the serenity of your surroundings.
No experience? No problem. These small group classes are beginner-friendly and open to anyone who wants to try something new. Whether you’re curious about yoga, paddleboarding, or both, this is the perfect way to challenge yourself, recharge your body, and experience Gulf Shores from a whole new perspective.
Advanced reservations are required with a minimum of 4 guests per class. Spots are limited—so don’t wait to secure your place in this floating yoga studio.

Is there an age requirement?

We recommend participants be comfortable in the water. If you’d like to bring children, please check with us before booking to make sure it’s a good fit.

What happens if the weather is bad?

All tours are subject to wind, waves, and weather conditions. If dangerous conditions arise, we may need to cancel for your safety—in that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please note: classes will not be canceled for rain, so come prepared to flow even if the skies are a little gray.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required at time of booking and your card will be charged at that time. You may cancel or change your reservation at any time prior to 48 hours before your tour and you will be given a full refund. In the event of a late arrival, no-show, or last minute cancellation no refunds will be given. No exceptions.

All tours are subject to wind, waves, and weather conditions. In the event of dangerous conditions we may be required cancel tours for your safety. In this case, a full refund or transfer of tour to another date will be given. Please note: Tours will not be cancelled in the event of rain.
