Take your Pilates practice out of the studio and onto the water! Paddleboard Pilates combines the calm waters of Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, Alabama with the strength and flow of a guided Pilates session. It’s a fresh, fun, and challenging way to connect body, mind, and nature.

Your floating mat is a high-quality paddle board, gently anchored to create a stable base for movement. Each class mirrors a traditional mat-style Pilates workout, focusing on core strength, balance, and stability—but with the added element of water beneath you. Certified instructors lead you step by step, making sure you feel supported and confident throughout.

Beginner or experienced, Pilates enthusiast or paddleboarding first-timer, this experience is designed to be accessible, energizing, and unforgettable.

Do I need Pilates or paddleboarding experience?

Not at all! Classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all levels.

What happens if the weather is bad?

All classes are subject to wind, waves, and weather. If dangerous conditions require a cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please note: classes are not canceled for rain.

Can I get photos of the experience?

Yes! A photo package is available as an add-on so you can capture every moment.

What if I fall in the water?

It happens! Falling in is part of the adventure. Boards are stable, but if you do splash in, our instructors will help you get back on easily.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required at time of booking and your card will be charged at that time. You may cancel or change your reservation at any time prior to 48 hours before your tour and you will be given a full refund. In the event of a late arrival, no-show, or last minute cancellation no refunds will be given. No exceptions.

All tours are subject to wind, waves, and weather conditions. In the event of dangerous conditions we may be required cancel tours for your safety. In this case, a full refund or transfer of tour to another date will be given. Please note: Tours will not be cancelled in the event of rain.
