DESCRIPTION
Paddle Fit is a fun and challenging workout focusing on endurance, strength, core, balance and functional movement, a complete mental and physical workout on the water. Paddle Fit keeps your workouts exciting and ever changing as we paddle over the waters surrounding Key West bringing us new and exciting elements to train in every day. By changing up routines and exercises you will see amazing transformations in both your body and attitude. Our Paddle Fit instructor will take you through an hour long fitness session on the water unlike any other. Paddle Fit is not your average workout, so if you don’t want to be average then come join us.

Cancellation Policy
Look, we understand the bars are open until 4 am. All we ask is that you give us 12 hours* cancellation for full refund if you feel you'll suddenly become "ill" the next day so that we may give your spot to someone else. Or come anyway! sweat it out then some hair of the dog at the dock side bar!
*Please note that Eco Boat Adventure requires 24 hours due to limited availability
As far as the weather, don't believe the hype. 80% chance of rain usually means it'll be a passing shower at some point and usually overnight. We only cancel the tour if there is lightning in the area
If it's windy, we can usually hide. We'll for sure give you a warning if we think you'll have an issue. Please heed the warning as we know what we're talking about and we just want you to have the best possible vacation experience.
SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, IF IT'S WITHIN THE 12 HOURS, YOU CAN DO THIS YOURSELF BY CLICKING LINKS BY PHOTO IN CONFIRMATION/REMINDER
If you need to change your tour time or cancel you must email info@lazydog.com 12 hours in advance. if less than 12 hours please call or text 305-295-9898. please note that we have a 12 hours notice for refund. we're happy to issue a gift card or switch you to another day/time if cancelling outside of the 12 hours. Also, if you booked thru a third party, you're subjected to their cancellation policy which is generally 24 or 48 hours.
