Nomad Kitesurf School is the leading kitesurfing company in Baja California Sur. The company was created to design & deliver the best kiteboarding and winging coaching.

The first locally founded school from La Ventana/El Sargento, started by José Hita and Jessika Macotela. After years of kiting so many beautiful places around the world, they opened their kite school to the public. Their passion for fun, adventure, and sailing grew year after year. Wing Foil Lessons

Wing Discovery Level 1 - $375 (3 hours over 1 day)

• 1st hour - jet ski tow foil lesson
• 2nd hour - land lesson: learn the wing
• 3rd hour - water and put it all together

Wing Intermediate - Level 2 - $750 (6 hours over 2 days)

Everything from Discover Wing Plus on day 2:

• 1st hour - jet ski tow foil lesson
• .5 hour land refresher
• 1.5 hours in the water (jet ski assisted)

Wing - Zero to Hero - $1100 (10 hours over 4 days)

• Everything from Beginner 2 plus:
• More hours spent practicing the skills in the water with a jet-ski and an option to spend 1 hour practicing tow-in.

Kitesurfing and Kiteboarding Lessons

Beginner Kiteboarder - Level 1: $300 (3 hours)

• Land lesson on kite safety
• Kite setup
• Fly the trainer kite and transition to the full-size kite
• Possible transition into the water based on individual-level progression

Kiteboarding Level 2: $570 (6 hours)

What's included:

• Everything from beginner plus:
• Begin kiteboarding in the water with a radio-assisted system for communicating with the instructor.
• You'll learn to power the kite, fly the kite one-handed, body dragging, body dragging holding the board
• Getting used to flying the kite while holding the board at the same time
• Note: skill progression will vary by individual

Kiteboarding - Intermediate Level 3: $855 (9 hours)

• Everything from Level 2 plus
• How to maintain a correct kite position in the wind window
• Riding on either the left or right side.
• How to do basic turns and ride toe side.

After you have improved your kitesurfing skills, entering and exiting the water independently controlling the kite, you will learn how to maintain a correct kite position in the wind window, while riding either left or right. At this point you will learn how to do basic turns and ride toe side.

Jet Ski Assisted with radio assist: 2-3 Hours

These types of lessons are taught using radio helmets enhanced with a BbTalking Wireless Bluetooth Communication system and one of our brand new jet-ski to avoid the need to walk back upwind, maximizing your time on the kite. The jet-ski enables your kiteboarding instructor to be at your side riding along with you at all times. And this is the safest system when teaching children. Our Bluetooth Radio Helmets are revolutionary devices that allow your kitesurfing instructor to give you instruction as you ride.
