Duration of Adventure

• 1 Hour and 15 Minutes
  
• Onshore Preparation (30 minutes): You will receive a brief safety talk, instructions, and all the necessary equipment to get ready for the adventure.
  
• Water Adventure: Approximately 45 minutes on the water visiting 4 bridges and the Fort.
  

Location / Where to Meet

• Check in/ Departure Address: San Juan Bay Marina, 482 Av. Manuel Fernández Juncos, San Juan, 00901, Puerto Rico
  
• Please arrive 45 minutes early at the meeting point to adjust your unit, orientation talk, sign the statement of responsibility, and we will begin preparations for boarding 30 minutes before the set departure time.
  

Ages & Requirements

• The minimum age requirement is 10 years old to participate. Minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.
  
• Height Restrictions: Minimum height of 4'6" (54 inches / 137 cm / 1.37 m) and maximum height of 6'5" (77 inches / 196 cm / 1.96 m).
  
• The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 lbs (113 kg), and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg). Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive a refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
  
• Our tour is suitable for people with minimal fitness levels. If you can walk for 60 minutes without a break, you’re ready to join us!
  
• Tours are conducted on double Chiliboats. You may be placed with another person from a different group if you have an odd number of participants in your group.
  
• Our experienced guide maintains a comfortable pace for all participants.
  
• Not suitable for people with claustrophobia or fear of the dark. If you have heart conditions or medical issues, consult with your doctor and bring necessary medications.
  
• You must present identification and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during check-in. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all participants about the arrival time, requirements, and all relevant tour information.
  
• Hitting the unit against objects, jumping off the unit, or damaging it. The person making the reservation will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
  
• No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or use of controlled substances (Requirement of the Department of Natural Resources & Environment).

• Seasickness Medications - If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take sea sickness medication at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled snorkel time.
  
• Waterproof Camera - The company is not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
  
• Please remove any jewelry, watches, or anything that can get lost or damaged by the water.
  

Wildlife Guidelines

Please be respectful of the fact that coral is a living organism and any standing, touching, or knocking over will irreparably damage the organism that takes a very long time to grow and is essential to our marine reefs. Please also be respectful of any marine animals including but not limited to turtles, rays, sharks, seals, and dolphins. Please never chase, harass, feed, or TOUCH any of the marine species. Enjoy their company if they approach from a distance and calmly move away from them if in their path.
