Is the tour appropriate for beginners?
This paddleboarding and kayaking tour is beginner friendly and a lesson is included before the tour. We begin and end in the same location. By the end of this unique adventure you will have a new skill SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) you can take with you on future excursions and adventures! Safety and paddle techniques are taught along our journey.
Can we get to the meeting location without a car?
Yes, there is public transportation nearby and Lake Ivanhoe is easily accessible without a car! Uber or Lyft are also great ways to get around Orlando.
Do we get to choose between a kayak or a paddleboard?
While paddleboarding is often adored by our guests for its stability and immersive experience, we also offer Clear Single Kayaks, Clear 2-person Kayaks, and Clear paddleboards, each ensuring you engage with the vibrant aquatic life below in a unique and breathtaking manner. Every option guarantees a spectacular aquatic display at your feet!
Can we bring pets?
Dogs are welcome! After reserving, please call to give us a heads-up that you are planning to bring your dog.
Does Lake Ivanhoe have gators?
We don’t see gators on this lake system. The locals know this is the place to paddle and swim safely during the day or night.
Do you have any recommendations on where to eat after the tour?
Stay for a meal after your paddle session at one of the amazing restaurants in the Lake Ivanhoe Village.
Will we get wet?
Most people do not fall off our super sturdy paddleboards but you may get a little damp. Plan to bring a towel and a change of clothing.
Are there restrooms at your location?
Yes, there are restrooms at the launch location.
Cancellation Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. In the case of inclement weather, we will first try to reschedule. If a reschedule is not available, customers are eligible to receive a full refund or credit for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to accommodate all guests, however we cannot hold tours for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given due to guests being late for a tour or rental, or going to the incorrect location from the one displayed on the confirmation details. No-shows will be charged the full price and not eligible for refunds.
