Nature Therapy - Forest Bathing
Pricing
Description
Using all of your senses you will be guided through a slow walk in the woods with various activities that allow you to connect more deeply with the forest. Nature Therapy is based on the belief that people form part of the web of life and that our psyches are not independent of the environment. Building a relationship with nature has been shown to have both mental and physical benefits:
Can help manage anxiety, depression, burnout syndrome, and lifestyle stress
Helps to quiet the mind and restore attention capacity
Can help lower blood pressure, calm pulse rate, and lower the production of cortisol (the stress hormone)
The Forest Bathing Experience has been well documented to create lasting benefits for your mind, body, and spirit.
