- Kids bikes available for ages 6+ and 40 inches (102 cm) and taller. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

- Riders must be confident riding a bicycle independently.
- All participants must complete a liability waiver before delivery. Delivery is guaranteed by 10:30am only once all waivers are submitted — complete yours as early as possible to avoid delays.
- Rental bikes must be securely locked in the designated drop-off/pickup area at the hotel by 9:30am the day after your last rental date. Failure to do so will result in an additional day's rental charge.

Three categories of bikes are available, in multiple sizes:
Comfort Cruisers — Upright, relaxed-position bikes ideal for casual trail riding. Sizes: Small (5'0"–5'5"), Medium (5'5"–5'8"), Large (5'8"–5'11"), X-Large (5'11"–6'3").
Electric Bikes (Specialized Turbo Como) — Pedal-assist with four assist levels, throttle, 20 mph top speed, and 60+ mile range. Sizes: SM/MED (5'0"–5'7"), LG (5'8"–6'1"), XL (6'2"–6'6") (throttle not available on XL).
Road Bikes (Specialized Roubaix SL8) — Performance bikes with electronic shifting for experienced cyclists. Seven frame sizes from 44cm (4'8"–5'0") to 61cm (6'2"–6'5"); most sizes feature SRAM eTAP 1×12 groupset; 58cm features Shimano 105 Di2.

Where can I ride from the Hilton Garden Inn?
The hotel sits just off Highway 29, close to the Napa Valley Vine Trail. When will my bikes be delivered?
Delivery is guaranteed by 10:30am on your first rental day, contingent on all participants in your group completing their liability waivers in advance. Complete your waiver as early as possible after booking to ensure on-time delivery.
What do I need to do at the end of my rental?
Lock your bikes securely in the designated drop-off/pickup area at the hotel by 9:30am the day after your last rental date. The team will collect the bikes between 9:30 and 10:30am. If your bikes are not locked in the designated area by 9:30am, you will be charged for an additional day's rental.
Can I get a shuttle or have my bike retrieved if I ride one-way?
No — shuttle and bike retrieval services are not available with this rental. If you abandon a rental bike away from the hotel, you assume full financial responsibility for that bike if it is lost, stolen, or damaged before it can be retrieved, and a retrieval fee will be assessed based on mileage and number of bikes requiring collection. Plan your route as an out-and-back or arrange to return to the hotel under your own power.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — advance reservations are required to ensure delivery availability. Book as early as possible, especially during peak season (May–October) and on weekends.
What if I want to visit one of the shops during my stay?
You're welcome to ride to any of the three shop locations during your rental — Downtown Napa (1275 McKinstry St), Yountville (6500 Washington St), or St. Helena (2800 Main St) — for maps, route advice, or accessories. Just remember that bikes must be returned to the hotel pickup area, not to a shop location, at the end of your rental.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee before refund. Fareharbor's 6% online booking fee is also non-refundable.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to receive partial refund; reservations are strictly non-refundable within 48 hours of reservation date.
- Cancellation fees apply regardless of weather.
