Pickup: It is important that you pick up your gear rental within the first hour that the rental shop is open. If you do not arrive within 1 hour of your reservation time, your reservation will become subject to forfeit. If you are going to be delayed in picking up your reservation, please call the rental store to keep your reservation. We are unable to offer early pickup the day before your reservation.

Damage waivers are available in all of our stores. Coverage includes breakage and reparable damage. Coverage does not include loss, theft or personal injury.
