Description

E-Bike History Tour & Wine Tasting at Spanish Valley Vineyards

Take a fun 10-mile electric bike ride along the backroads of Moab to the Spanish Valley Vineyard, Moab's only winery. On this adventure, you'll explore the Moab backroads on electric bikes, taking in the stunning red rock scenery. On the way to the winery, you'll have the option make a few stops to explore to explore the roadside historical sites of the Spanish Valley, such as the famous Petrogyph panels and a park with a spring that Spanish Explorers used. The exact route we take is tailored to each group.
After exploring the backroads, we'll head to the Spanish Valley Vineyard for wine tasting. The Spanish Valley Vineyard dates back to 1979 as a Utah State University agricultural project to determine what industries could supplant the waning uranium mining industry. We'll learn more about the history of this historic vineyard while we enjoy a wine tasting with charcuterie. You'll have the option to purchase additional drinks or bottles of wine to take home before riding back to our headquarters in a van.
