Description
Pedal Beyond Waikīkī & Hike into Oʻahu’s Tropical Rainforest!
Trade the beach for the rainforest on an afternoon that blends cycling, hiking, and a well-earned lunch. Leaving Waikiki behind, you'll pedal through Honolulu's neighborhoods toward Manoa Valley, where the city gives way to tropical gardens, fragrant flowers, and green mountain ridgelines. Your guide keeps the stories flowing with narration on Hawaii's history, present, and future, stopping often for photos.
At the trailhead, you'll park the bikes and continue on foot along the Manoa Falls trail, a path through dense tropical forest filled with native plants and Hawaiian culture — scenery featured in Jurassic Park and other major films. The trail leads to Manoa Falls, a waterfall plunging roughly 150 feet (46 m) down a rock face deep in the valley.
After the hike, it's time to refuel with a sandwich lunch at a local Manoa café before the ride back to Waikiki. It's a full taste of Oahu's quieter, greener side — and you'll head home with incredible memories!
