Can beginners kayak and paddleboard on the Silver Springs?

Yes! Silver Springs kayak & SUP adventure is beginner-friendly. This is perfect for families with kids or groups of friends who enjoy unparalleled views and memorable outdoor adventures!

What wildlife may we encounter?

While you enjoy paddling across the clear waters of Silver Spring, you will be able to see monkeys, manatees, otters, turtles, fish, and beautiful birds, and a myriad of other wildlife around.

Can I get access to my photos?

Definitely! We will personally share your photos with you after the tour.

Are manatees dangerous to humans?

Not at all—manatees are gentle, slow-moving animals and pose no threat to people. They don’t have sharp teeth, and their typical reaction to being startled is simply to swim away. That said, they are still wild animals, and it’s important to respect their space. Enjoy watching them calmly from a distance, and let any interaction happen naturally. Manatees are known to be curious and may swim right up to you—but remember, it’s illegal to touch them under federal law. Look, don’t touch!

Cancellation Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. In the case of inclement weather, we will first try to reschedule. If a reschedule is not available, customers are eligible to receive a full refund or credit for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to accommodate all guests, however we cannot hold tours for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given due to guests being late for a tour or rental, or going to the incorrect location from the one displayed on the confirmation details. No-shows will be charged the full price and not eligible for refunds.
