Along the way, we’ll stop to warm up at one of our favorite local wineries, where you can sip hot spiced cider or Glühwein, a traditional German mulled wine. It’s the perfect way to experience both the natural beauty and the unique cultural flavor that make Leavenworth so special. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or traveling solo, this tour offers a fun and memorable winter experience.
All snowshoes, trekking poles, and guiding are included—you just need to dress for winter conditions and bring your sense of adventure (and a camera for those stunning snowy views!).

No experience is required! Snowshoeing is easy to learn, and your guide will help you get comfortable with the gear before we set out. This tour is beginner-friendly and great for families.
How difficult is the hike?
The route is mostly flat with gentle terrain, making it accessible for most fitness levels. Expect a relaxed pace with plenty of stops for photos and storytelling.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Tours run snow or shine, but in the case of unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or refund your booking.
How big are the groups?
We keep group sizes small—up to 10 participants—for a more personal experience.
Can I do a tasting if I’m under 21?
Guests under 21 can enjoy hot spiced cider at the winery stop, while guests 21+ may choose Glühwein.
