Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours: Full Refund : 100% Refund up to 24 hours before SUP rental start time. The Full Refunded amount will be refunded to the purchasing card.
Less than 24 Hours: 0% of the total bill/cost is refundable less than 24 hrs before the SUP rental start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below).
Weather Disclaimer: In the instance of UNSAFE weather, determined ONLY by the SUP onsite dock staff, customers WILL receive a full refund.
Damages: You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.
Paddleboards: Repair or replacement costs of up to $1,000 may be charged to the card on file.
Donut Boats: A $500 damage deposit will be charged to the card on file. After the damage is assessed, any unused portion will be refunded.
