Sea Dwellers Dive Center of Key Largo is a full service facility providing scuba services in the Florida Keys since 1974…Key Largo diving at it’s best! We are a PADI & SSI Dive Center & Resort located in the heart of Key Largo, the “Dive Capital of the World”! We offer Dive & Stay Hotel Packages, daily diving and snorkeling charters, and all levels of Scuba Instruction. We’ve never forgotten that diving is fun!

Cancellation Policy

Sea Dwellers has a 72 hour cancellation policy on non-private dive and snorkel trips. This includes any party that is not a scuba course or a private boat charter. You may reschedule or cancel your reservation anytime more than 72 hours of the trip start time. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. This means that if someone were to cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours prior to the trip start time, they are subject to 100% payment. You can reschedule at any point more than 48 hours prior to the start of your trip with no penalty. Requests to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to the start of the trip will be assessed a 25% rescheduling fee that must be paid prior to us being able to reschedule your trip.

Why dive Key Largo?

Simple. Marine Life. More diversity and abundance than most places in the Caribbean. And the schooling fishes are world class, and something the Keys has always been known for. Since the inception of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, the marine life has actually gotten more abundant than it was 10 – 15 years ago, (something no destination in the Caribbean can say at this point.

Is Key Largo the best island in the Keys to dive?

The simple, non-politically correct answer is…YES. The reason why is geographic….without boring anybody, basically Key Largo is the closest point in the Keys to the Gulf Stream, with it’s clear, clean blue waters. Key Largo is also one of the longest continuous land masses in the island chain, which help keep the western Bay and Gulf waters from impeding into the reef.

We are a PADI 5-Star Dive Center and Resort facility that has been serving divers in Key Largo since 1974. We want to provide a safe, relaxed atmosphere for you so that you can enjoy your dive vacation to the maximum. You will not find any drill sergeants here barking at you because you forgot to put your snorkel in your mouth at the right time!

What forms are required for the scuba diving courses?

All course participants must fill out a medical form prior to taking the course and a doctor's release may be required. Check-in is at our shop at 7:30am!
