All Sales are Final. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather, boat mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about a cancellation.

Full refund when canceling 72 hours before the tour.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
If you would like to rebook your tour, you must do it 72 hours before the tour.
A party of six or more must cancel seven days before the tour. Tour time may be moved in the event boat capacity is not met.

Guests can also get a full refund if they cancel within the 72 hour policy if other guests book and replace your tickets.

No Refund dispute back charges with banks / credit or debit cards, Doing so would be fraud and will be handled legally with our attorney.
If you would like a refund, you must do so within our policy, which is 72 hours before the tour with a phone call, NOT Email.
If a refund is needed because we cancel the tour, we will refund it for you on our end.
No Shows will not be Refunded. All Sales are Final.

If you got a discounted ticket over the phone, you waive your cancellation refund policy. If the discount was over the website, you get to keep your policy!

****BOAT CAPACITY POLICY
Minimum of 8 guests required for a tour to operate.
If the tour doesn't meet this, we’ll move you to another time or day,
no refunds.
You will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior if your tour needs to be rescheduled.

****TOUR DURATION & DELAY POLICY:
Up to an hour late delays on RARE situations!
Tour durations are estimates — not exact.

Delays are normal in this industry especially with this particular tour!

Delays can occur due to:
Weather conditions
Boat traffic
Mechanical issues
Wildlife
Other unforeseen circumstances

Your tour may be delayed or moved to an earlier time or later time on rare occasions, sometimes by an hour or more.

We do NOT issue refunds for delays or rescheduling.
Please do not schedule anything within 1 hour before or after your tour.

****By booking, you agreed to all these policies, whether you are directly or with a third-party booking agency, you are responsible for checking these policies, no matter where you book. Guest are responsible for doing their due diligence

This is a Wildlife tour and there are many variables.

( weather conditions, manta ray sightings, boat traffic at the dock, etc.

Guarantee Policy:

No refunds if not seen, wildlife is NOT guaranteed. Come Again on a re-ride if not seen, this is based on available an hour before the tour you'd like to go on again.

UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED WITH SNORKELING AND BOATING, included but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, harm caused by marine creatures including bites & stings, acts of fellow participants, entering and exiting the water, boarding or disembarking boats, and activities on the docks and I HEREBY ASSUME SUCH RISKS. There is no refunds if this listed above occurs.
