Kayak Eco-Tour Ketchikan

Full payment is due at time of online booking. Cancellations due to weather are rare, but are at the sole discretion of Ketchikan Kayak Co. The weather in town does not necessarily reflect the weather in Clover Pass. If you miss your tour due to ship/flight schedule changes (e.g. if your ship skips this port or if your flight is cancelled or changed and you can't physically be in Ketchikan for the tour) or if we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund. NO TOURS IN KETCHIKAN CANCEL FOR RAIN.

Cancellations made prior to 7 days of tour date receive a full refund.
Cancellations made by the guest within 7 days of the tour are not eligible for a refund, for any reason, unless we are able to resell the seats.

If your ship is late or decides to depart early we always do our best to accommodate the schedule change and make sure you can take the tour, do not automatically assume the tour is cancelled/refunded. Those scenarios are rare in Ketchikan, but we can often work with the change. If we can't get you on tour with us due to a ship schedule change or if you have another experience booked the same day and have to choose between the two due to the schedule change, you can provide us with the booking details for the other tour/experience that you've chosen to do and we'll refund your tour with us.

Ketchikan hosts cruise ships 7 days a week all summer and we usually have 3 to 7 ships in port a day. Almost none of them stay over night. So our tours with a max of 10 or 12 guests are very small while there are thousands of guests in port daily. We take your limited time here on vacation very seriously.
