- Prohibited Use Areas: Rental equipment may not be used on Class III or higher whitewater rivers or at Cook Inlet access points, including those along the Knik Arm or Turnagain Arm.

What kinds of watercraft can I rent?
Guests can choose from a single kayak, tandem kayak, canoe, stand-up paddleboard, youth kayak, or NRS inflatable kayak, subject to availability.
Is delivery available, and how does it work?
Yes. At checkout, guests select one of four delivery options:
- Finger Lake: Equipment delivered to the Finger Lake State Recreation Site Day Use area or Campground.
- Within 10 miles of the shop: Delivery anywhere within 10 miles of the Mat-Su Valley shop — for example, Wasilla Lake, Lake Lucille, Cottonwood Lake, Rabbit Slough, or the Wasilla side of the Little Susitna River.
- 10–30 miles from the shop: Delivery beyond 10 miles but within 30 miles of the shop — for example, Eklutna Lake, Mirror Lake, Jim Lake, Eagle River, or Big Lake.
- 30–60 miles from the shop: Delivery beyond 30 miles but within 60 miles of the shop — for example, Anchorage, the Susitna River, Nancy Lake State Park, or Long Lake.

Do I need previous paddling experience to rent gear?
No previous experience is required, but we recommend guided tours for total beginners.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by phone more than 1 day before your trip (before 5 PM the day prior) for a full refund minus card processing fees. Cancellations within 1 day are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Arriving more than 15 minutes late, or backing out at departure for a non-safety reason, counts as a no-show — no refund.
Weather: Trips may be modified, postponed, or canceled for unsafe conditions (high wind, fog, flooding, storms, extreme cold, whiteout, etc.). If a trip can't run safely, guests get a reschedule or full refund. Your guides call within an hour of the start time if weather forces a change.
Fitness/Mobility: Guides may turn back participants who can't safely keep pace, per ACA Essential Eligibility Standards for water sports. No refund if turned back for this reason — contact your guides in advance with any concerns.
