Cancellation policy

Rentals:
Reservations for 8 or fewer bikes may be canceled by phone or email up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date at no charge. Reservations for 9 or more bikes may be canceled up to 7 days prior for a full refund.

One Day Adventures:
Getaway Adventures charges the full balance at the time of booking with a $25 per person non-refundable deposit, included in the price. Any cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the tour will be refunded the balance of their tour, less the $25 per person deposit. Any cancellations made within 3 days of the tour will be charged the full tour price, but a voucher for the full price will be issued and may be used towards any future tour.

Weather Policy
We go rain or shine!
Expect changeable weather from mid October to Mid April. What happens if it’s raining?
We will first attempt to reschedule your tour to another day, schedule and weather permitting.
Please note, no refunds for weather related conditions
