Cancellation policy
Rentals:
Reservations for 8 or fewer bikes may be canceled by phone or email up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date at no charge. Reservations for 9 or more bikes may be canceled up to 7 days prior for a full refund.
One Day Adventures:
Getaway Adventures charges the full balance at the time of booking with a $25 per person non-refundable deposit, included in the price. Any cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the tour will be refunded the balance of their tour. Any cancellations made within 3 days of the tour will be charged the full tour price, but a voucher for the full price will be issued and may be used towards any future tour.
