San Francisco Bike Rentals

Embark on one of the world's most famous bike rides across the Golden Gate Bridge into Sausalito, a beautiful waterfront town, and ferry back to San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf! We are located in the beautiful Marina District, only 30 minutes away from the Golden Gate Bridge. You will bike along the bike path near Crissy Field into the Presidio Park, and up to the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoy breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay. You can bike down to Sausalito for lunch. Hop on a ferry in Sausalito with your bike and get back to San Francisco with scenic bay views!

Pick up your bike as early as 9:10 AM! You can select your pickup time at checkout. Bikes must be returned by closing (6 pm), unless you upgrade to a 24-hour rental.

We have options for all ages, from kids bikes to baby seats! Minimum age 1 year. Please keep in mind that a few rentals have age and weight restrictions:

FAQs

Do we need to purchase ferry tickets?

Ferry tickets are available for purchase, and are recommended to save time at boarding. That said, tickets can always be purchased on the boat in either Sausalito or Tiburon.

What will the weather be like?

Weather in San Francisco can vary from neighborhood to neighborhood! Weather can be sunny one minute then foggy the next- and it’s almost always sunny and ten degrees warmer in Sausalito! We always recommend layers: dress comfortably enough for your bike ride but also consider the variations in our weather.

What is your most popular ride?

Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito. You can even ride on the Golden Gate Bridge, which has wide bike paths on both sides!

How do people get back from Sausalito?

Most people ferry as the 2 mile downhill into Sausalito from the Golden Gate Bridge is uphill on the way out!

Where do I store the bikes if keeping them overnight?

Do not lock bikes up outside, as they are very likely to get stolen. Bikes kept overnight should be stored indoors-most hotels do offer complimentary bike storage. Check with your concierge!

Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation. No refund for same-day reservations. No-shows will be charged the full price. Contact us by email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
