Description

Full Day Hood River E-Bike Adventure - Self-Guided Rental with Route Maps

Get a full day to explore Hood River by e-bike, with the freedom to ride further and see more than a half-day allows. Every rental comes with a brand new Aventon Pace 4 e-bike — pedal assist and throttle both included — plus easy-to-follow digital route maps, so you can choose the adventure that fits your group or simply explore on your own.

Ride from the Hood River waterfront through downtown to the car-free Historic Columbia River Highway, where you can cruise the Twin Tunnels Trail, take in panoramic Columbia River Gorge views, stop for coffee, and explore the small riverside town of Mosier. With a full day on the bike, you'll also have time to head out into Hood River Valley, where quiet country roads wind past orchards, vineyards, lavender fields, fruit stands, and tasting rooms — including Mt. Hood views from Panorama Point and stops at local favorites like The Fruit Company, Gorge White House, Packer Orchards, and Mt. Hood Winery.
This option is built for guests who want more time for scenic stops, photos, lunch, wine tasting, farm stands, and relaxed exploring without feeling rushed — whether that means combining both the Gorge and the Valley into one ride, or taking it slow on a single route with plenty of breaks.

FAQs

Do I need to stay on a specific route?

No — you're free to follow one of the recommended routes or create your own adventure.

Do you have options for younger kids?

Yes. For ages 1–5, Burly Bee bike trailers are available, towed behind an adult's e-bike, for an additional fee. For ages 3–6, Aventon cargo bikes with a kid's seat are available for an additional fee. Reach out to your guides after booking to confirm availability for either option.

What can I visit with a full day to explore?

Popular stops include Panorama Point for Mt. Hood views, along with local favorites like The Fruit Company, Gorge White House, Packer Orchards, and Mt. Hood Winery, in addition to the Twin Tunnels Trail and the town of Mosier.

Can I combine both the Gorge route and the Valley route in one day?

Yes — a full day gives you enough time to ride out to the Gorge and Twin Tunnels area and head into Hood River Valley's orchards and wineries, rather than choosing just one.
