Description

Florida’s Blue Heron Bridge Freediving Training - Certified Freedivers Only!

Elevate your freediving skills at one of the world’s top shore diving spots! With a limited depth of 20 ft (6 m), Florida’s Blue Heron Bridge is home to schools of tropical fish, the occasional manatee, over 100 species of nudibranchs, and even the mimic octopus!

The confined water training sessions are for already certified freedivers that wish to take their training to the next level. You’ll start the session with a yoga warm up, followed by some confined water apnea training and shallow depth training.

You will then practice fundamental freedive training disciplines such as dynamic and static apnea as well as new cutting-edge exercises designed to help you work deeper and longer. Our certified freediving instructors will guide you through the exercises as we enjoy the scenery around the Blue Heron Bridge.

Not Included

Gratuity - Never expected but if you have a great experience, please consider gifting 10-25% to your guides and captain!
Wetsuits are an extra fee - 3mm open cell, neritic freediving wetsuits, yamamoto neoprene and range from S-XL. The instructors will help fit you with weight and height.
Weight belt and weights are an extra fee
Fins are an extra fee
Mask/Snorkel are an extra fee and prescription masks are not available
Certifications - This is solely to practice freediving skills with a professional, not a certification course.
Photo and video package is an extra fee - Provides 20 or more high quality, social media worthy images and videos

Please remove any jewelry, watches, or anything that can get damaged by water or you don’t want to lose.

Wildlife Guidelines

Please refrain from touching, feeding, or harassing any wildlife you come across such as dolphins, manatees, shellfish, turtles, etc. Calmly watch from a distance! Also, please be aware of your body placement and equipment when around the reefs and wrecks. There is fragile coral, and many wrecks are rusting and breaking down, therefore to avoid damaging them further, please don't knock into them!

Can I bring a camera?

You are welcome to bring a camera but it is your responsibility to ensure it is in a waterproof case. The company is not responsible for any damaged or lost items!

What wildlife will we see?

The most common wildlife to see are crabs, nudibranchs, pipefish, lobsters, mutton snapper, and many more fish! If you’re lucky, you might get the chance to see seahorses, octopuses, black and goliath groupers, eagle rays, nurse sharks, and many more sea creatures!

Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund if notice is made within 24 hours of booking
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Trips are not cancelled due to rain
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled booking will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the full tour price
Cancellations made within 24 Hours of a scheduled booking and no shows will be charged the full price of the booked trip/course. No refunds will be given due to the potential loss of business/expenses incurred.
