'Flow and Go' is the best of both worlds - a paddling lesson, followed by a SUP yoga class.
About
This experience is suitable for all levels, no experience necessary! We start the session with a brief introduction on the beach, discussing important safety precautions and proper paddle technique. Then we head down to the water and enjoy a leisurely paddle in the calm, protected waters of Ala Moana beach. This is the perfect time to spot turtles and enjoy the morning on the water. Please note we will be in deep water so we will provide lifejackets for anyone who is not a confident swimmer.
After about a 30 minute break, we will begin our SUP yoga class. This class is also designed for all levels, especially beginners. We anchor the boards in waist-deep water and enjoy a playful yoga flow class. We challenge our balance and strengthen our core in our SUP yoga practice. After all our hard work, we enjoy a blissful floating savasana.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your class with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be rescheduled or refunded at all.
Reimbursements will not be given for no-shows, nor for customers who are more than 5 minutes late to class.
*Please note if you booked through a third-party (Airbnb or Trip Advisor), you will need to contact them regarding their cancellation policy.
Classes run rain or shine, however, in the event of unsafe water conditions (heavy rain, high winds, or lightning), class will be cancelled. We will do our best to reschedule you, but if we are not able to, we will refund you fully. Refunds will be placed back onto the credit card used at time of purchase. We will notify you via phone or email 30 minutes prior to class in the event of a cancellation.
