About
Head out over the ecologically important sea grass flats with a marine biologist or experienced naturalist guide on a single kayak, a double kayak or a stand-up paddle board. This trip provides the chance to see juvenile nurse sharks, bonnet head sharks, southern stingrays, manatees, sea turtles, and a wide variety of juvenile fish. Then go through an old growth mangrove ecosystem, and view an array of tropical birds. Next, enjoy a wonderful local dockside lunch. Then in the afternoon, head out on a boat and snorkel at two different coral reef locations in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary; and encounter a rich variety of marine life. Converse with your guide about fish identification and intriguing fish behavior, leading to new discoveries. This is the chance to see sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, eels, docile nurse sharks, black tip reef sharks, a wide array of tropical fish species, and so much more. We provide transportation. Or ask about a discounted rate for meeting us down there!
