About
The Everglades East River tour is the quintessential backcountry experience in South Florida. With zero development, minus the dirt road used to access the water, one will immediately understand the vastness of Florida’s largest state park. Guests will kayak through this never-ending maze of mangrove tunnels and backwater lakes and can expect to see the American alligator, numerous log legged wading birds, Osprey and of course all four* species of Mangroves.
Included in the price of this tour is our mandatory State Park entrance fee of $2 per person

Cancellation Policy
Updated Cancelation Policy - 24 Hours. With a 50% refund if you are inside 24 hours.
This is to encourage guests to book direct. It is not offered to bookings made through TripAdvisor
Customers will receive a full refund if their cancellation request is sent via email or by text at least 48 hours in advance of their tour's start time. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
How to Cancel
- Guests are required to cancel by email or text.
- Do not type "cancel" only via text. It will remove you from our text lists and we won't be able to communicate
- Simply reply to any of our confirmation or reminder emails or texts.
- Canceling by email or text protects both you and Adventure Paddle Tours. They are time-stamped and written proof of your request. As long as your cancellation request is submitted 48 hours in advance of your tour's start time you will receive a full refund, regardless of whether or not we read the email in time.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
- If you show up with fewer participants than what you reserved you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND
- Our tours are much smaller than the competition. We should probably make them larger, but we know that a smaller group size makes for a more enjoyable tour.
- With that point in mind please, understand we can not refund you if you show up with fewer guests than you reserved for.
- We can next to guarantee those seats would have sold if you had not reserved them.
We are not a large turn and burn company. We take pride in our tours and more importantly our guides. We do not hire seasonal staff to fill in during the busy season.
