Programs run rain or shine. Instances of severe weather will be addressed on the day of the program. Cancellation may only be cancelled 24 hours in advance for full refund.Please be at the shop 15 minutes before your rental starting time.
For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
- All Electric Bike tour participants must be at least 16 years of age and must weigh at least 100 lbs. (45 kg) and weigh no more than 240 lbs. (110kg) and be in good health.
- Pregnant women may not ride an electric bike.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather.
-We request a refundable hold Security Deposit on your credit card of $250 per booking, not per e-bike at the shop before the tour start.
