Location / Where to Meet

• Tour Location: Town of Caguas (45 minutes from San Juan)
  
• We provide transportation from your hotel in the San Juan areas, which include: Isla Verde, Ocean Park, Miramar, Condado and Old San Juan.
  
• If staying outside of San Juan you can meet us at one of our two pick-up points (choose when booking). 
  

Ages & Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years old to participate.
  
• Minimum of 4 people in the group and maximum 12 participants.
  
• We have a maximum weight limit of 220 lbs (100 kg) which should be relative to the participant’s height.
  
• It is very important that all participants be in good physical condition due to the nature of the activities that take place during the adventure. Participants should not have any physical or medical conditions that may hinder their performance during the adventure. 
  
• Pregnant women are not advised to participate due to the high level of risk involved during the tours. 
  
• Participants will be traveling on uneven and slippery terrain, wading in moving water, standing near steep ledges and cliffs and hiking over sustained hills. If you have a medical or physical condition, which makes participating in these activities dangerous for you, you should not participate. 
  
• Rocaliza reserves the right to cancel or limit your participation based on your physical condition. If this happens at the last minute due to an undisclosed medical or physical condition you will be responsible to pay the full amount of your trip.
  
• Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to partake on any of the activities.

What to Bring / Wear

• Sturdy Hiking Shoes - Broken in/Used before with closed toes and grippy tread! Hiking boots or slip-resistant sneakers are a must for El Yunque National Rainforest. No flip flops.
  
• Comfortable Clothing - Make sure the clothing is moisture-wicking, lightweight, and fast drying! Lightweight, synthetic clothing or a swimsuit is best recommended for the activities. Avoid wearing jeans or sweats.
  
• Rain Protection, Dry Bags, Towels 
  
• Sun Protection (Hats, Sunscreen, etc.) & Insect Repellent.
  
• Required Paperwork & ID Cards- Signed medical form if required, waivers, license, etc.
  
• Water & Snacks
  
• Waterproof Camera - The company is not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
  
• Please remove any jewelry, watches, or anything that can get damaged by water or you don’t want to lose.
