RideSmart is a dealer to many E-bike brands. As we are streamlining our service process to help meet or customer needs we now offer e-bike checkup and basic tune-up
On this 1-hour E-Bike checkup and basic tune-up, we will perform the following -
- Tire air pressure check
- Test / Inspection of electric components
- Voltage output battery on a full charge
- Inspection of brake pads
- Inspection of cable housing lubricants
- Clean and inspect the chain
- Light bike wash
- Minor adjustments and cost proposal for any major repairs.

From Kapalua
Head south on HI-30 E
Turn right toward Kekaa Dr
Restricted usage road for 128 ft
Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Kekaa Dr
Destination will be on the left
From Lahaina, HI
Head North on HI-30 W for 3.6 mi
Turn left toward Kekaa Dr for 197 ft
Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Kekaa Dr
Destination will be on the left

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation before the activity (rental or tour). Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator (RideSmart Maui) cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances before the activity.
No-shows will be charged the full price and no refunds after E-Bikes are rented. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation 24 hours before rental time. Early returns will not receive any credits full booking amount is charged for the time it was booked.
If E-Bikes are not returned on time there will be an additional charge at hourly rate increments.
If you are a beginner rider please make sure you can properly balance, get on, get off a bike and ride making controlled tight turns under your own power as well as pedal assist. If you are unable to do so no refunds will be issued. Test rides can be offered in advance 24 hours before the ride.
Credit card charges: Charges will appear on your statement as "RideSmart Maui".
