FAQs

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, reservations are required. Booking ahead guarantees your preferred bike type — especially for e-bikes, which are limited. Note that rentals are secondary to tours and are subject to fleet availability.

What type of bikes do you rent?

The fleet is exclusively Priority Bikes — comfortable, high-tech, easy-to-use 3-speed city cruisers. E-bikes are also available for an upgrade. Both options are well-suited to Denver's flat bike paths and city streets.

What happens if it rains?

Rentals are available in most weather conditions. Colorado's climate brings roughly 300 days of sunshine per year, but afternoon showers are common in summer. Check the forecast and bring a light rain jacket if there's a chance of weather. For specific severe weather policies, contact the shop directly.

Where can I ride from the shop?

The shop is located in downtown Denver with immediate access to Denver's extensive bike trail network. Popular options include the Cherry Creek Trail (running from downtown toward Cherry Creek Reservoir), the South Platte River Greenway (a riverside path connecting multiple neighborhoods and parks), Confluence Park, and routes through LoDo, RiNo, and City Park. The team will happily suggest a route based on how far you want to go and what you'd like to see.

What accessories are included with the rental?

Your rental includes a bike, helmet, bike lock, and phone holder at no extra charge. The team will also provide personalized route recommendations to help you get the most out of your time in Denver.

Can I take the bike on trails outside the city?

Denver's trail network is extensive and connects to regional paths and parks. Check with the team at pickup for the most current recommendations on where rentals are permitted and how far the trails extend.

Is there parking near the shop?

The shop is located at 2301 Champa St in downtown Denver. Street parking is available in the area, and parking garages are nearby. The shop is also accessible by public transit.

What if I'm late returning the bike?

Bikes must be returned by closing time (6:00 PM Tuesday–Saturday; 5:00 PM Sundays). Contact the shop as soon as possible if you anticipate a late return.

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be provided without 48 hour notice prior to scheduled tour.
