There are no alligators in the lake system, but we may see birds, fishes, and turtles around.

Are we allowed to bring pets?

Yes, we allow you to bring pets on this tour. However, you should take responsibility for them at all times.

Can beginners kayak and paddleboard on Lake Ivanhoe?

Absolutely! Our vessels are stable, which is perfect for starters. Our expert guides will also be there to help you gain confidence in paddling.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. In the case of inclement weather, we will first try to reschedule. If a reschedule is not available, customers are eligible to receive a full refund or credit for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to accommodate all guests, however we cannot hold tours for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given due to guests being late for a tour or rental, or going to the incorrect location from the one displayed on the confirmation details. No-shows will be charged the full price and not eligible for refunds.
