We paddle rain or shine, but there will be circumstances that may require rescheduling tours (i.e. strong winds, lightning, etc.) and we will always do our best to reschedule promptly on a day that suits your needs.

We also understand that emergencies may arise which could require you to reschedule or cancel your scheduled tour. To accommodate these instances, any cancellation made greater than 48 hours prior to your tour will be granted a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior, but more than 24 hours prior to your tour, you will be given a 50% refund. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your tour will not receive a refund, but you will be provided a certificate to reschedule at a later date.
